"I'm still smiling! My brakes started grinding and making a scary noise. I went in on Monday, Feb 20th after finding All Pro via Yelp. I just knew I was facing a $1000 brake job for my Buick Enclave based on the truck and the sound of the noise. But, the final cost was nowhere near what I thought. Was way less than half of what I expected. As a matter of fact, I paid less than having someone do the job on the side ("the hook-up"). Steve was very educational, walked me through the process, and delivered! As a woman, I must say, I felt extremely comfortable that I was not being duped by a mechanic. I also had the pleasure to witness Steve provide the same level of service to everyone who came in. I am a fan and will come back. I've already recommended others to him. Thanks Steve!"

"Started going to them because I had a Groupon and needed to get fairly regular oil changes for my "elderly" Accord. Steven and his crew are always friendly and careful to explain what was done and what needs to be done in the future to maintain my car's good health. He's never high pressure, and seems more interested in making sure my vehicle is simply running well so I can get where I need to be safely."

"We have been going to All Pro Car Care for the last 6-7 years and will continue to use Steve and his team. They are very knowledgeable and seem loyal to their customers. I know for a fact I have saved a lot of money going to this shop. I have gotten dealer quotes on work and then gone to Steve and saved 50% often times. Dealers are fine if you just want the free rental, but the prices are so high and they want to replace every part on your car. All Pro is willing to actually fix your car instead of just replace parts that maybe repairable for much less. If you let him, Steve will talk your ear off, he does a lot of research about your car and stories to tell you."

"Love Steve! I took my 2003 Elantra here when the serpentine belt was squealing and the AC stopped working. The bill came out to be $1500 in parts; the prices were all itemized on the receipt. Steve walked me through all the repairs over the phone before any work was done. He had the car for two days and only charged $300 for labor. I drove away and the car hadn't run that great in years. Been coming back ever since."

"I am kind of surprised at all of the negative reviews. We have been taking our car to All Pro for around 8 years. Steve is always great at telling us what we need to do, what can wait until next time, etc. He also helped us save money when buying a car, looking up comparable vehicles for our vehicles, and giving advice on what to say to the dealer. The prices have always been reasonable for the work. I send any friends here that ask."

"Steve was the best. He explained to me what was wrong with the car and this was after Firestone had charged me $600 and I was scheduled to go back and pay them another $700. Now Steve explained to me that I did not need those extra parts that Firestone had said I needed to change and the work they did on my breaks was not properly done. Steve did all of this for FREE, even advised me on how to address the issue with Firestone so they can put in the parts I already paid for. So long story short, Steve saved me $700 and more. I can say I definitely trust him with my car and I have also recommended my friends."

"We've been taking our cars to All Pro for more than 10 years. We can always count on Steve and his guys to do a great job at a reasonable price. We use the early bird drop off feature (at least that's what I call it, dropping the car off before they open). They always call us to tell us up front what work is needed and the cost associated with the job. We only take our cars to the dealer while they are still under warranty. After that, we take them to All Pro for oil changes and all other repairs. We give Steve, Nick and the others top marks for their work!"

"I’ve been going there for over a decade, they are fair and reasonable and the owner is a good guy (Steve—Sorry Steve, I don’t recall your last name). They’ve always been upfront about what needed to be done, didn't try to add extra work, and when I’d ask they give me an assessment/risk on what I could wait on and do later (to save money) they were very helpful. No pressure sales tactics."

"Ben, I was there when you were and if I recall correctly, you were getting an oil change for your BMW 740 which takes full synthetic oil...maybe that's why you had to pay the extra. I took my 09 Scion tC with a $20 groupon for an oil change and everything was excellent. I'll be back to get new brake pads next month. It's such a weird phenomena when people buy $80,000 luxury cars, but then complain about the exorbitant maintenance costs that come with it. What'd you expect? Don't blame the mechanics at All Pro when you realize $20 won't get you an oil change for a BMW, it's your fault for not budgeting out your maintenance costs when you left the dealership.
Anyway I loved my experience at All Pro. Steve hooked me up with a great discount on ultra high performance tires for my Scion tC. I'm so glad I found a great auto repair shop in Laurel! Will def be back."

"On a business trip in Laurel from Pittsburgh. Brake problems. So went to All Pro. Steve diagnosed the problem (rear pads and rotors), made a point of doing only what needed to be done (front brakes OK and rear calipers OK), and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Great experience for an out-of-towner!"
